Precision Dosing of Granular Calcium Hypochlorite with the ProCal SV
The ProCal SV Granular Calcium Hypochlorite feeder offers a reliable and efficient method for chlorine dosing in swimming pools and water features. Utilizing granular calcium hypochlorite, it ensures precise chlorine generation with a reduced impact on pH and TDS levels compared to liquid chlorine. The granules are stored in a large-capacity hopper and fed into a mixing chamber via a vibratory feeder, where they are dissolved to produce a dilute chlorine solution. It features automatic acid injection to prevent calcium buildup, thus minimizing maintenance requirements. ProCal is designed for easy installation and operation, making it an ideal choice for commercial pools, aquatic centers, and spa facilities. With its compact design and superior safety profile, ProCal is a dependable solution for maintaining water quality with minimal operator intervention.
The system is manually set based on water quality needs, or can be fully automated when connected to a ProMinent DCM Monitoring Panel for optimal chlorine control. In this case all of the measured parameters of the water are fed to a diaLog Controller that will automatically adjust the ProCal to ensure chlorine levels are maintained to the desired levels.
